Weekly Yoga Classes:
Richardson Senior Center, Richardson, TX Mondays 9:15 am Fridays 8:45 am This is a Chair Yoga class that focuses on stretches, strengthening & balance. We will be practicing both seated & standing postures.The class uses a chair for assistance when needed. A yearly fee is required for membership to the center. Heights Rec Center, Richardson, TX Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00-9:00 am This is a slower, gentle style Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on body alignment, breath awareness, balance & strength. This is a perfect class for people brand new to yoga as well as folks who would like to focus on body alignment. We move at a slower pace & explore postures a little deeper. Be sure to bring a mat, blanket or towel. It's a monthly rate of 4 classes for $32 or 8 for $64. Open to the Public. ZOOM Chair Yoga Wednesdays 10:30 via ZOOM This class focuses on stretches, strengthening & balance. I send out the link on Tuesdays evenings. The Mat Yoga Studio, Dallas, TX Thursdays 5:15 pm In person & via ZOOM This is an Open Flow class that moves with your breath. It is open to beginners as well as seasoned yogis. I will give modifications as well as options to move deeper into postures. If it's your first time to The Mat, they have an introductory offer, $39 for three weeks unlimited or you can do a $25 drop in or purchase a package. Fridays noon In person & via ZOOM This is a Slow Flow class which is a meditative flow that practices slowing down by using a slow steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and self. It’s a practice that builds strength, and each movement is initiated by slow controlled inhales and exhales. Accessible for all levels. See above for price details. Private, Semi-Private or Corporate Classes:
Private Sessions: If group classes aren't your thing, I'd be happy to meet with you for 60 minute sessions. These sessions would be tailored to your individual needs. Private sessions are a great way to take the time to understand how your body works & find the best way to move in and out of postures safely. Rate depends on location. Semi-Private Sessions:
Depending on the size of your group, this is a great way to lower the hourly rate & share yoga with your pals. Like private sessions, the class will be tailored to the group's needs & fitness level. Rate depends on location. Corporate Classes:
This is a great way to start your day, break up the day or finish your day. Revitalize, energize & let go of stress. This class can be with the assistance of a chair or more of a traditional Hatha or flow class. Contact me to discuss your team's needs & rates. |
