Find Your Sweet Spot:
This workshop offers more than just a physical practice; it provides a thoughtful and enriching experience that deepens your connection to the mind and body. Through mindful exploration, you'll gain insights that enhance your body awareness so you may find that sweet spot in familiar postures.
Most importantly, this practice helps you move with greater intention and clarity on and off your mat.

Naturally Mindful:
Observing nature has been found to improve attention, lower stress, boost our mood and promote a sense of happiness and calm. Using science-based mindfulness techniques, we will tap in to our creative side and learn to observe and journal about our experiences in nature.
This class is an opportunity for all people; no artistic aptitude or mindfulness experience required. Bring an openness to try something new and you may discover a fun activity to help your mind and body find a sense of well-being.

Santosha Practice:
Pause the swirl of schedules and obligations, and step into a space of contentment. We will explore the science and practice of santosha—the art of finding peace with what is.
Through nourishing movement, cooling pranayama, meditation and rest, you’ll learn how this calming practice can steady the heart and soothe the body. Leave with simple, grounding tools to integrate into daily life, so you can more fully appreciate the beauty around you—and within.

Here's what folks shared about my past CYTT:
Your energy was the best part. :) I love when I find good teachers, it makes all the difference. It was a really good mix of learning, role-playing and practice. Amy K.
Amazed at the strenuous nature of the workout by using the chair. Use of chair required a very targeted use of specific muscles and muscle groups. Also, very surprised at the elongation of the spine even though using a chair. Marta G.
It was the perfect balance of practice and learning. I loved the "What is wonky with Chrissy" to work on the cues and I loved how much time we spent actually doing the poses and sequences. Corrine M.
It was definitely more than what I thought it would be. I learned so much, and yet have so much still to learn. I loved learning how to transition! Kristi B.
I loved your wisdom on how Olds want to be spoken to, how they like to be encouraged, how to explain things in ways they can understand. I really really love the affirmations you intuitively give as you see your students move into postures. Kerry S.
