Such a lovely series, Chrissy! The length, content, and timing were perfect. I found that the 30 minute session on Sunday evening helped me work with the “Sunday Scaries”. I look forward to the next series!
The sessions were wonderful Chrissy and I took away many new practices that I now incorporate in my day. Thank you. The follow up emails were great and I loved the quotes you shared. You are such an inspiring teacher! - Sharon
Found all the classes great & have been using to destress as caregiver to a Parkinson patient.
These have been such a help to my mind and body that it's been remarkable. Also, they've been absolutely delightful to attend. - Andrea

Here's what folks shared about my past CYTT:
Your energy was the best part. :) I love when I find good teachers, it makes all the difference. It was a really good mix of learning, role-playing and practice. Amy K.
Amazed at the strenuous nature of the workout by using the chair. Use of chair required a very targeted use of specific muscles and muscle groups. Also, very surprised at the elongation of the spine even though using a chair. Marta G.
It was the perfect balance of practice and learning. I loved the "What is wonky with Chrissy" to work on the cues and I loved how much time we spent actually doing the poses and sequences. Corrine M.
It was definitely more than what I thought it would be. I learned so much, and yet have so much still to learn. I loved learning how to transition! Kristi B.
I loved your wisdom on how Olds want to be spoken to, how they like to be encouraged, how to explain things in ways they can understand. I really really love the affirmations you intuitively give as you see your students move into postures. Kerry S.
